Hi there! I'm Dr. Patti Hort. I've been working with women in hormonal transition from pregnancy through post partum and into perimenopause for over 28 years. As a perimenopause health coach, with even more specific training in nutrition, stress, sleep and resilience, I will help you find an easier path through the often challenging time of perimenopause.
